Glaciers & Goldmines - Empire, CO
Driving over Interstate 70 to head into the Southern end of the Rocky Mountain National Park, you will see all kinds of goodies if you keep your eyes open!
The valleys are dotted with buffalo, gold mines, and evidence of ancient glaciers.
And vistas beyond belief!

Lots of random shots on a 20 hour ride home...
Here are a few from the Jacksonville area...
And on that note, this is the last album in Florida from this particular trip. We stop in Savannah for an afternoon, and that gives us another 4 or 5 posts, and then from there it's all nighttime driving on the interstate heading back to the homestead.
I hope you had a chance to enjoy some of our posts. I really enjoyed a lot of the photography you see posted, and I promise, as time allows, I will definitely revisit the posts and add more commentary and recommendations.
